WE WILL:

1  - strictly observe the confidence of each and every client at all times.

2  - always observe the basic rights of clients as consumers.

3  - strive to render the very best of service at all times and make fair charges for all services and merchandise supplied

4  - ensure that all our marketing is discrete and in good taste

5  - provide our clients with full and fair information about our services.

6  - ensure that price lists are always freely, and readily available and on display in a public area of our premises.

7  - provide every client with a full written estimate of our charges and all disbursements to be paid on our clients behalf.

8  - provide each and every client with written confirmation of the funeral arrangements, as soon as is practicable, prior to the date of the funeral.

9  - provide each and every client with an itemized final account in a format that will be readily comparable with the estmate.

10 - co-operate at all times with Trading Standards offices, Citizens Advice Bureaux, Consumer support groups, and any other organisation representing clients in the resolution of complaints or disputes.
