Other Services 

We also provide the following services willingly and totally free of charge:

  • advice on funeral matters
  • transport to and from our Chapel of Rest (two visits)
  • delivery of floral tributes to a local hospice or nursing home
  • temporay retention of cremated remains

Disbursements

Disbursements are monies that we are required to pay to third parties on your behalf. They are in addition to our service charge and are a category of expense over which we have no control. They include fees paid to doctors, clergy, crematoria, and cemetaries and will be detailed on your estimate at the appropriate rate. We respectfully request settlement of these charges prior to the date of the funeral.

Our Terms

You are welcome to settle your account in part, or in full, prior to the date of the funeral service. Our usual practice, however, is to issue a final invoice seven days after the service, and request payment in full within a further twenty-one day period. Please note, however, that any accounts outstanding after the due date will automatically attract interest at 2% per month.

Please note: if your loved one is exceptionally unique, cremation may not be a possibility. A surcharge may also apply.
